How do I upgrade to a Monthly Subscription?
FOXTEL - Simply call FOXTEL on 131 999 enter your home phone number including area code, follow the prompts and a consultant will arrange your monthly connection. Please note, you will need your FOXTEL PIN number if you have one*
OPTUS - Simply call OPTUS on 1300 300 731 and follow the prompts*
AUSTAR - Simply log-on to the AUSTAR website, click on the "Manage My Account" section and select "Change of Service". Alternatively, you can call AUSTAR on 132 432 and using the automated ordering system explain that "I'd like to change my service".
